Note: Without an unboxing video, return/refund requests cannot be processed, as it is mandatory to verify claims.
4. Return and Verification Process
Once we receive your complaint, the following process begins:

If the claim is valid, we approve the return request.

We arrange reverse pickup (where available), or we request you to courier the product back to us.

Once we receive the product, we inspect it to ensure the issue matches your claim.

5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under valid return claims and after the product has been received and inspected.
